That Butterfly in Chaos Theory

We might’ve heard about chaos theory in "Dasavatharam" film and seen the butterfly effect on the screen. But I feel it in my real life these days. Yeah! There were recent distresses that made me to map about this theory to my daily life. This says, that there may be an unknown reason and interlink between each poles of the earth's actions.

Last week, I heard job termination calls from four of my friends from their companies. It really made me unhappy and made me worried about their situations. Job search and relocations are easy to have, but the sudden shock and their unplanned activities? I was speechless and I didn’t know how to console them. Its transparently because of the US financial market down, made our people to think more cautious and to pursuit media. Now they plan very carefully and move the coins very carefully. Its again the people at the bottom, should get affected, not the people on the safer side. An associate can be given pink slip, but not the unplanned managers and superiors.

Instead asking them to go out of the job, they can minimize the salary percentage for overall employees with very least percentages and that will even be reasonable to share the loss of the companies.

Globalization is a crucial play on the financial planning and dependencies. Financial consulates and monetary giants know the balances for the future. Hoping for the best scenarios to come, these problems will be meager in number.

Butterflies on the move.......
