Today morning, I still remember the feeling which I got, when I saw Santhosh's sms "AR Rehman has won two oscars". It’s a moment of joy, almost all the Indians has felt it for a second at least. That's the power of success. It makes not only the concerned human to be happy, but it has the power to make a million people to feel the joy.
He's a lesson to learn and a history to follow. Apart from his musical talent, he has nice things to be noted like his love to god, love to mom, and love to nation. These became his vital power to make this success.
An Interesting event before these announcements, regarding Slumdog Millionaire film is with my client Brian, who’s is an American. He’s a nice human and normally we used to have a mild chat before our daily status call. I was bit shocked, when he asked about this film and my views on that. Truth is, I didn’t seen that yet. But he said, he loved the movie and added, their friends just appreciated and liked the way of presentation. I thought in my mind, for sure, it will win the Oscars.
Apart from the concept, screenplay, acting, etc., etc., music is the live wire of a movie. Certainly, Rehman's music gave them the feel and sprinkled the spirit of India.

Recently I got to read an article in "Business Today", which is really interesting about the advices from many celebrities. They shared about, from whom they got those advices and how it changed their life. They are totally 60 people with their advices, but I picked some and listed here, which I loved most.

சில கண்ணீர் பதிவுகள்
நான் ஆனந்த விகடனின் நிரந்தர வாசகன். அதன் தமிழ் சேவை மிகுந்த பாராட்டுக்கும், கவனத்திற்கும் உரியது. இலங்கை பிரச்சனை உச்ச கட்டம் அடைந்த நாள் முதல்,ஒரு பாரம்பரிய தமிழ் இதழாக அதன் கடமையை திறம் பட செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. அதன் ஒவ்வொரு இதழிலும், இலங்கை போர் சம்பந்த பட்ட பதிவுகள் இடம் பெற்றிருந்தது. அவ்வாறு நான் வாசித்த பல சம்பவங்களில் இரு சம்பவங்கள் என்னை மிகவும் பாதித்தது, அதனை இங்கே பரிமாற வேண்டும் என்று தோன்றியது.

இவ்வாறு பல பதிவுகள், நிகழ்வுகள். ஆனால் அவர்கள் நிலை இன்னும் மாறவில்லை.
காலம் வந்து பதில் சொல்லும் என்று நாம் கொண்ட நம்பிக்கைகளுக்கு, இப்போது காலன் வந்து பதில் சொல்வது என்பது, இறைவன் மீதுள்ள நம்பிக்கையையே சற்று குலைக்க வைக்கும் சம்பவங்கள்.

Love is in Air!!!
We live for love and affection. But often, there is a scarcity of getting and giving it. It’s been an extended, but an essential need for a fruitful life. First of everything, many upsets and pains are because of our love on something. Whatever might be the form of love, when it’s pure and true, those loves are not in your hearts, it's in Air!
Even if we didn’t get the same frequency of expected love from them, if it’s true, for sure, they will be revenged by the same love by others to them. It’s because of the fact, as the pure love will be there, until the earth is here. It could take different forms, but won't go out of this world. Check out this quote from "Frozen Thoughts", about the way to deal Love.
"If you love someone, simplify their life. How?
Humans cannot be always right. Sometimes they can be wrong; in fact, they will be wrong. But this trust has to be there that the wrong may be in the action but not in the intention. Love cannot survive but for the faith that intentions of my loved ones are right. Trust the intentions of your loved ones and stop demanding an explanation for everything they do and everything they don't. Free your loved ones from having to explain themselves for everything.
Relationships will no more be tiring but fulfilling. "
I normally disagree for having a "Day", for the way we live. "Lover's Day", is that the only day we love? Or even for a label, is it ok to have a "day" to love?
Oh! Stop these days..... And live freely, Love is in Air.... not in Days.....!!!

SRKV Feb'09 Extract
SRKV - Sri Ramakrishna Vijayam.
Its a spiritual monthly publication from Ramakrishna Math. I'm a regular reader of this monthly magazine, right from my Child hood. Interesting thing is, it does contains very less number of spiritual articles, but has many good articles about Cultural Ethics, Self-Motivation, Self-Realization, Practical Advising, etc., Also I'm very much honored to say, I'm a product of Ramakrishna Math's group of educational institutions. After a long time, when we got transferred to Chennai, we missed to renew the address, as we have life-time subscription. Recently I’ve renewed it and that has been made regular.
My plan is just to blog the interesting extract of it and listing here. Let's see, how far this journey goes.
Article – 1
Once in a tea time party, Swami Vivekananda has been asked this question. “How India is prepared to be an Independent Nation?” [It’s before 47 years before Independence]
Swamiji answers, “Now we are actually having a long-term training with British people, for how to govern our country, as they are very good in that. Also, we will learn Agriculture and Science from U.S. Let us give them time, for these trainings. But no country in this world should try to teach Spirituality to India. Instead, we will teach it to everyone.”
Article – 2
Some youngsters were traveling Delhi, on a taxi, where a Sardarji was the Driver. They cracked silly jokes about Sardarji and on the way to get down; he got his fees and said “You are all happy now on cracking jokes on Sardarji, but all were cheap”, and gave them 5 one rupee coins.
With lot of pride, he added, “Just give these coins to any Sardarji, who is begging you”. But on the way and for a day, they didn’t find any “Sardarji” begging and after realized, there were no “Beggars” in Sardarjis. They annoyed on their action.
Article – 3
He is a great scientist and his inventions were world-popular. Once in a press meet, he was asked about, how his actions are very powerful and steadiest? He answered with an incident, once in his child hood, while taking a bottle of milk from the fridge, it slipped off and his Mom noticed it.
He’s shocked about his Mom’s reaction to it. But instead she did following things. She asked her son with smile “Oh, I never seen a pond of milk like this before?”. She added, “Ok, If you want, you can play with this milk on floor, after we both will clean this” and after sometime, his Mom asked, “Now tell me, Shall we clean this with groom or cloth?” and he got the cloth and both of them cleaned it.
Atlast, she added, “Listen, today we got a fail in an experiment that is how to take a bottle from the fridge, you failed, let’s try once again”. “Take the bottle and fill it with water, and try to take it”. Now he took it with more power and cautious. He said, after he didn’t fail in taking a bottle carefully.
”No action is an evil”. If the result is bad and problematic, the experiment has failed and it revealed the alternative path, “The Success”.

தமிழோடு வாழ்வோம்!!!
ஒரு நாள் எனக்கும், எனது சக பணியாளர்களுக்கும் தேநீர் இடைவேளையில் [தற்போது வேலை பளு அதிகமாக இல்லாததால், இடைவேளை மிக நீண்டு இருக்கும்] ஒரு பெரிய தர்கமே நடந்தது. அதன் தலையங்கமே தமிழை பற்றி தான். தமிழ் அழிகிறதா? தமிழ் புறக்கணிக்க படுகிறதா? தமிழுக்கு மரியாதை எங்கு உள்ளது? என்பது போன்ற பல சலசலப்புகள்.
தமிழ் என்பது தொன்மையான மொழி என்பதும், அதனை யாரும் புறம் தள்ள முடியாது என்பது தான் நிதர்சனம். ஆனால் , அதனை போற்ற நமக்கு நேரம் இல்லை, ஆர்வம் இல்லை என்பது எனது வாதம். தமிழன் ஒதுக்க படுகிறான், தமிழுக்கு ஏற்பு இல்லை என்பது போன்ற எதிர் வாதங்கள். அதிலும் சிறிது உண்மை இருக்கத்தான் செய்கிறது. வழக்கம் போல ஒன்றும் இல்லாத ஒரு விஷயமாக போனது அந்த விவாதம்.
என்னை பொறுத்த வரை, தமிழ் அழிந்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறது, அதனை காப்பாற்ற வேண்டும் , என்றெல்லாம் ஒன்றும் இல்லை. இந்த கூற்றெல்லாம், சூரியன் ஒரு நாள் அழிந்து விடும் என்பது போல அர்த்தமற்ற பயமாகும். தமிழ் நமது தாய் மொழி, அதனை மறக்க கூடாது. அவ்வளவுதான் !ஆனால், ஒரு சாதாரண மனிதனாக, மேலும் தமிழுக்கு என்ன செய்து விட முடியும் என்ற கேள்விக்கு, என் மனத்தில் தோன்றிய பதில்கள் இங்கே.

தமிழ் என்பது தொன்மையான மொழி என்பதும், அதனை யாரும் புறம் தள்ள முடியாது என்பது தான் நிதர்சனம். ஆனால் , அதனை போற்ற நமக்கு நேரம் இல்லை, ஆர்வம் இல்லை என்பது எனது வாதம். தமிழன் ஒதுக்க படுகிறான், தமிழுக்கு ஏற்பு இல்லை என்பது போன்ற எதிர் வாதங்கள். அதிலும் சிறிது உண்மை இருக்கத்தான் செய்கிறது. வழக்கம் போல ஒன்றும் இல்லாத ஒரு விஷயமாக போனது அந்த விவாதம்.
என்னை பொறுத்த வரை, தமிழ் அழிந்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறது, அதனை காப்பாற்ற வேண்டும் , என்றெல்லாம் ஒன்றும் இல்லை. இந்த கூற்றெல்லாம், சூரியன் ஒரு நாள் அழிந்து விடும் என்பது போல அர்த்தமற்ற பயமாகும். தமிழ் நமது தாய் மொழி, அதனை மறக்க கூடாது. அவ்வளவுதான் !ஆனால், ஒரு சாதாரண மனிதனாக, மேலும் தமிழுக்கு என்ன செய்து விட முடியும் என்ற கேள்விக்கு, என் மனத்தில் தோன்றிய பதில்கள் இங்கே.

முடிவில், தமிழை வளர்ப்பதற்கு அது ஒரு செடி அல்ல! அது ஏற்கனவே நன்கு வளர்ந்து, படர்ந்து, காய்ந்து, கனிந்து பூத்து குலுங்குகிற ஒரு விருட்சம் போன்றது. அதன் நிழலில் இளைப்பாறி , நீர் ஊற்றி அரவணைத்தால் போதும்.
தமிழுக்கு பொறுமை அதிகம், என்பது சத்தியம்!
அதன் பொறுமை அதனை வழி நடத்தும் , என்பது நிச்சயம்!!
