Music Messiah

Messiah is the word often refers the person who spreads love and divinity in his actions. Mostly Jesus Christ is referred as ‘Messiah’. On music, I think, the great man “Ilayaraja” is our messiah. Yes! With his fine tunes and melodies, how long he is healing us. It’s really a tremendous job and his divine power. As of music is concerned it has many powers like activating the brain cells, rejuvenating our feelings etc., not all music can do it. The music which is native to our land or origin can do it more. It’s like your food and mother. We might have tasted many foods and traveled a lot. But only our native place and our mom’s food give the eternal satisfaction. As it has the mesmeric power with our life cells. Like the same way, our Raja’s music is a great feast to anyone in pressure. Most of his composing is blended with the native music of tamil people.

One of the primary instruments of his composing will be “Flute”. It’s a percussion instrument, as it just trembles our feel when we hear the soothing music. This is because of the fact; it’s the very ancient musical instrument. Another instrument is “Veena”. It’s a string instrument, and has the divine power to cure heals and touches the brain nerves. He knows the correct ratio of balancing the string and percussions. Most of the songs in ’80 have Raja’s domination and all the backbone of the grand success. For example “Idhaya Kovil”, “Mudhal Mariyathai”, “Mouna Raagam”, “Kadalora Kavithaigal”, and many. Still people can’t forget the background scores of most of the successful films. Apart from Raja’s music, his voice is also magnetic. Many songs, sung by him have that power as his voice and music sometimes makes people even to shred tears. Really it’s very apt to call him “Isaignani” as he has created almost all the good songs.

I’m a die-hard fan of him and really wanted to meet him, once in my life-time. One of my friends Ram has got a chance of meeting him in Singapore Airport, in a Transit-Journey. Lucky Dude! Good music should make you feel it and go with it. We should lose our sorrows and pressure over it. It should conceal from it and mix us in Air. Raja’s music does it. In one of his song, there is one notable lyrics, that will be good for the ending note.

Fare, not fair!

It’s always a bitter experience on traveling Chennai in a MTC bus. There were many things that make it worst. One among it is now,Fare. Almost, it’s been doubled and the minimum amount of the fare on most of the bus has become Rs.5. Not a big deal, for people like me and many. But there were the some number of people, who just care for small money, will be in trouble. It’s for sure, and I seem to have an incident to proof it.

When I’m traveling my route in a tight crowd, there boarded a very poor man, shocked and shouted at the price of the ticket he’s given. He shocked on the double of the amount, as he normally used to travel with small amount. He’s said, he boarded into a deluxe bus. And that’s it. He started the shouting, screaming and claiming his calculation. He's guessed to be a daily coolie by his arguments. He added, for the extra amount he paid, he might‘ve finished his small Tiffin with tea and samosa. On bottom of his heavy noise, there lives a pity on his position on spending the amount.

Yes, every one can’t pay double the fare. There might be reasons behind like the petrol value rise etc., but just paying the fare double is really unbearable for commons. It can be an increase of some percentage on average of every ticket. Even there were criteria’s like white board, yellow board and green board according to their sophistications. Only the white board bus has the old fare and it's not frequent. Most of the budget people even now prefers the white board bus and waits for it for longtime. Another problem is, most of the Conductor’s “50np Syndrome” & “Set-Rest Ticket collection”. Most of the ticket denominations end with 50 np. If we give a round amount, for sure, we will not get the 50np back. It’s a unwritten rule, for example, if the ticket is 2.50 rs, we need to give 3.00 rs and if we ask the .50 np back from the conductor, he will just stare at you like a worm :D (It happened for me sometime :D, but I used to get it from him). Only solution for this problem is all the tickets can be rounded off, even by increasing it by .50np.

And another interesting point is about the conductor’s “Set-Rest” style at the back of the bus. He never likes to wander and to get the tickets, which ease many persons from not getting the tickets in crowd. In that point, two conductors can be added one at the front. Uhhh!! We have many solutions, but the problem itself doesn’t like it.

Like the many adjustable factors in Chennai, MTC bus is also one among it,by most of the public. But it’s the only travel tool for most of the poor public.

Interesting Facts

I got to see a mail about interesting facts. Some facts are acceptable, but some facts are interesting too. My comments emphasized :D!

- Chocolate kills dogs! True, chocolate affects a dog's heart and nervous system. A few ounces is enough to kill a small sized dog. [I didn't tested it. Poor Dog!!! But girls loves choclates :D]

- Leonardo da Vinci invented scissors. Also, it took him 10 years to paint Mona Lisa's lips
[I think he took a break to invent scissor]

- Bruce Lee was so fast that they actually had to slow a film down so you could see his moves. That's the opposite of the norm[Speedo!!!]

-Mosquito repellents don't repel. They hide you. The spray blocks the mosquito's sensors so they don't know you're there[Yes! if the repellents does it work properly, we will be no more]

- Dentists recommend that a toothbrush be kept at least six feet away from a toilet to avoid airborne particles resulting from the flush[I have it away!]

My Heart will Go on

Every night in my dreams
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on

Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you go on

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

Love can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone

Love was when I loved you
One true time I hold to
In my life we'll always go on

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more you open the door
And you're here in my heart
And my heart will go on and on

You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on
We'll stay forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on
