Powerful sleeping doses

Hectic day? task-tied hours? restless time? hard heart? No worries!!!

Here's a dozen of sleeping doses, composed by Ilayaraja - master of melodies. Nice blend of native music with dwelling rhythms. Let's start.

Step1: Load all these songs in your music player!
Step2: Stay alone in a calm environment [obviously your bedroom]
Step3: Lay down in bed and Close your eyes, start the player

Nearing 2 or 3 songs[pills] will get you sleep..... :) I assure!

-"Kalyana thenila....." Fantastic number, the song is naturally a night effect. Nice lyrics and a heart-touching melody. Even the visual will also be good where, mamooty and amala share the love in their mesmerizing eyes.
Album : Mounam Samatham

-"Sempoove poove....." Great song! Chitra has done a good job in this song. Tabu too! ;) Notable point is, if we check out the mid-sequence of this song, we will realize the real blend of Ilayaraja's music.
Album : Sirachalai

-"Pachamala Poovu...." Wow! a nice tool for night warmth. It's really known for its genre, that pushes people to sleep. Again the mid-sequence music is a harmony!
Album : Kizhakku vasal

- "Rasave unna nambi....." All the songs in this movie are nice melodies, especially this song is scored by its ethnic lyrics in a native village touch. The correct ratio of mix of percussions and strings makes the song drastic melody.
Album : Mudhal Mariyathai

- "Thooliyile ada vantha...." Fully blended with string instruments and Mano's voice. The real situation of the song is also to make baby's sleep. For all kinds of babies!!! :)
Album : Chinna Thambi

- "Oru iniya manathu...." This movie's all songs rocked 80's and a big hit. Sridevi's calm expression comes in our mind with Jensy's magnetic voice. Nice number for nerve-tickling experience.
Album : Johny

- "Kodiyele malligai poo...." A village music with a unsaid love. The baseline of the movie is the couples won't share love vocally, rather at their hearts. Raja's music makes to feel it.
Album : Kadalora kavithaigal

- "Pani vizhum iravu...." Another award-winning performance by Raja. There were other songs in this movie, but this song suits night effect. Even here, it says the unshared love with music. Core and Chorus singers, played a vital role.
Album : Mouna Ragaam

- "Keladi Kanmani...." A real-world singer's inner feeling shield with Raja's music. Music of life!!!. What to say then? Again the mid-sequence touches the heart and soul.
Album : Puthu puthu arthangal

- "Intha maan...." Again a village melody, here with Raja's voice. He uses his voice mostly for sad melody, but it suits here in love sequence. A fine song with a different style of patterned lyrics.
Album : Karagattakaran

- "Oh Butterfly...." Unique melody with fine mixtures. Janaki's voice will be modern and cool. Apart the music, her voice invades the song, makes the ears feel good.
Album : Meera

- "Karpoora Bommai...." - Last but, not least! A Mother's song to his child. She claims her daughter is unique in this world in love and affection. True to every mother in world. The lyrics and song justs soothes the feelings.
Album : Keladi Kanmani

Spicy Commerce

A special topic about a special food! Generally I love spicy food and I’m mad about this food. Hmm! Three to four days is the down time for me to have it. No suspense. It’s about my favorite dish “Briyani” and the commerce with around Chennai. I never heard any people saying I didn’t like “Briyani”. Many people including me, has it in their desired-pick. I didn’t know how the sudden boom in Chennai has come to existence. Now every area in Chennai, doesn’t‘ve pincode rather a Biriyani Shop. Every street has atleast a small Briyani shop with one big round vessel and 5-10 chairs and two serving persons. Before looking down in to commerce around it, let’s start the quick look about the contents, flavors, banners in market.

Starting to cook Briyani, should‘ve some main core ingredients, without which there is no taste. They are basmati rice, mint leaves, flavoring spices, garlic-ginger paste and tomato. Flavoring spices like cardamom, cloves etc., plays a very vital role. Many styles of preparations. They say hyderbadi, chettinadu, arabian etc., but for us the final outcome is enough. The styles differ in the ratio of ingredients and the style of mixing the rice and other ingredients. Serving with the ash-flowing aroma is very important.

Right from north to south, it’s a all-time favourite for all sorts of people. It can be announced as a 'National-Food' of India. The hygienic nature also helps in consuming it. It has all the tastes into it. The portability of this food is also easy. If we take other foods, we need to have many side-dishes, supporting meals etc., But for biriyani only onion and a sauce is enough. Onion is mixed with curd, as a coolant and it’s also a powerful medicine in healing any toxics in the food. This is the reason; people don’t get suffered, even if they take Briyani anytime ;) The side-sauce is a mixture with brinjal and tamarind soup. Wa! it's a wonderful side-dish and a must-have one for Briyani. Some go for Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian. My choice is always Egg-Briyani. I don’t consume not-vegetarian pieces supplied with food.

In Chennai the top scorers are Anjappar, Ponnusamy, Barbeque, Deli Express,Arcot, Vaniyambadi etc., Thalapakkattu is the team-player up-front. The origin and naming reason are left to the viewer’s research. Who cares! The product is good. Looking at their commerce, if they sell 200 biriyanies per day, at each cost average of 40 rupees, 8000 per day, off their expenses, atleast they save 3000 to 4000, which yields nearly a lakh per month. Uh! A software engineer won’t do much. But, on the go, their job is good, as they directly touch the stomach with their ethnic tastes.

My choice of biriyani is always Chettinad @ cuisines like Anjappar & Virudhunagar. I 've Anjappar, at my locality to enrich their weekly business.

Set Rest or Set Fire!!!

A long break! I’ve been moved to work bench and been preparing myself technically. It’s commonly referred as 'Business wait'. Uh! Waiting for business. Sometimes, after a long project commitment will be a cool experience. I know people even push them voluntarily, to workbench for a set rest. But nowadays, I’m not sure a person enjoys the work bench :) , as it backfires always. A long stay in workbench is a consideration for the unpleasant shocks in future.

On deep analyzing the bench history, it’s the top management technique to show that they have certain ratio of resources, ready for the new assignments; they are planning to sign or business in queue. But mostly the decision of maintaining the ratio and resource become a big torture for them. It’s a great deal for the service oriented company. Financially they always struggle to pay them in a large number. Product oriented companies easily maintains the resources, by providing them nominal work with proper split-ups.

Being in business wait and surviving there is sometimes toughest job. If project is been allotted, our views are focused and there won’t be any distractions of mind. There is a safe feeling there, if we were in project and billable. Till this feeling is there with people. It’s really the inner feeling that we are doing something for the company, that gives us a eternal satisfaction. An election promise can be given by a political party that workbench people in software companies, will not be laid off, if they came into power:) . For sure, there will some lakh of votes will be reserved for them, by the work bench families. Very few people equip themselves, while they were in bench, as I’m struggling hard to make-up. I have seen people, simply wandering here and there and making useless chats. Normally it’s like we are paid just as we are equipping ourselves for the future benefit of the company. A paid, liable asset.

As far, now Satyam is considered, it’s shaping well and getting ready for the race. Thanks to the powerful board of members and management team behind it. It’s historic, notable 100 days tasks that speak for years. Tech-Mahindra is a mystery player now. Not sure, they give us shock or sweets! Still there is a small piece of uncertainty around the employee’s minds. Followed by this post, here's some interesting bits from a forwarded mail, suits for the topic :)

(He who spends more time in bench),
(He who does more employee layoff),
